1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Xsports (https://xsports.ws) and its users. Xsports is an online Sports Betting and entertainment platform serving members in Bangladesh and select other countries.

These Terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. The Bengali version is kept as clear as possible for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration & Usage

To create an account on Xsports, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each person may open only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same IP address, device, or payment method.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Notify Xsports immediately if any of your account details change.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is prohibited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Xsports may request your identity documents, proof of address, or other relevant paperwork at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Xsports. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Users must confirm their age at the time of registration.
• Xsports may request a national ID at any time to verify a user's age.
• Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds on account.
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this service.

If Xsports is not satisfied with the age verification of a suspected account, it reserves the right to void all winnings associated with that account.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on Xsports are governed by the following rules:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

• Deposited funds are typically credited to your balance within 1–5 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are only available after account verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Xsports may verify or place a hold on withdrawals linked to suspicious transactions.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Xsports:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the cash-out feature is available.
• Bets that were not accepted due to a technical issue are automatically considered void.
• Xsports reserves the right to void any bet accepted at an obviously incorrect price.
• Multiple bets placed from the same account on related outcomes within the same match may be flagged as suspicious.
• If a match is abandoned, bets are generally refunded, though results may stand under certain conditions.

If one leg of a combo bet is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining legs are used to settle the bet. The maximum payout on a combo bet is set by Xsports and is subject to change.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xsports offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and vouchers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Withdrawing a bonus typically requires meeting a specified wagering requirement (usually 5–20x the bonus amount).
• Bonuses expire if not used within 30 days of the date they were credited.
• One welcome bonus per person, household, or address.
• Voucher codes may be shared with others, but each code can only be used once per account.
• Xsports may void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse or fraudulent collection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Xsports:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect age.
• Using bots or automated software to manipulate the betting system.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or using another person's funds.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

Xsports reserves the right to immediately close any account found in violation of these rules, forfeit all winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn, but active bonuses will be forfeited.

Xsports may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon proven violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified by email. If you wish to dispute it, contact support@xsports.ws within 7 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Xsports strives to maintain the highest technical standards, but liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bets affected by internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives).

That said, Xsports is always working to improve its services, and the support team is ready to assist with any issues you may encounter.

10. Changes to Terms & Contact

Xsports may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes take effect from the date they are published on the website.
